How to Access the “Billing” Menu

To access this section:

1. Click on your name in the top right corner of the platform.

2. Select Company Settings.

3. Then click on the Billing tab.

What Can You Do from This Menu?

Manage Your Subscription

You can:

• View the date of your next payment

• See your invoice history

• Download past invoices in PDF format

• Update the credit card on file

Add Additional Modules

If you’d like to add extra modules to your subscription (e.g., additional SMS credits, review module, etc.), you can:

Cancel Your Subscription

Subscription cancellation is possible once your 1-year contract period is ending. To proceed:
