How to Create a Yes / No Question

Steps to follow

1. Access the questionnaire editor

• Go to the Questionnaires tab.

• Open an existing questionnaire or click on Create a questionnaire.

2. Add a new question

• Click on Add a question, then select Other.

3. Choose the question type

• In the Question type dropdown menu, select: Multiple choice (single answer)

4. Create the answer choices

• Enter the following options:

  • Yes

  • No

• You can also add other options if needed.

5. Check the recommended options

In most cases, we recommend:

• Checking the Satisfaction driver option

• Marking Yes as Satisfied

This allows you to easily measure satisfaction from the collected responses. 👉 See the example in the screenshot below:

Summary

• Question type: Multiple choice (single answer)

• Answers: Yes and No

• Enable: ✅ Satisfaction driver ✅ "Satisfied" for the Yes response
