How to unsubscribe a customer
Your customers can unsubscribe from InputKit communications themselves by clicking “To unsubscribe, click here” at the bottom of each email they receive.

Once unsubscribed, the customer will no longer receive sequences from InputKit.
To unsubscribe a customer yourself: follow the steps below.
Access Customer Management
Click your name in the top-right corner.
Click “Settings”.
Scroll down to “Customer Management”.

Find the customer
Click the magnifying glass icon.
Search for the customer using one of the following:
their name
their email address
their phone number
Find the customer, then click “Edit”.

Unsubscribe the customer
Scroll down the customer profile to the “Communications” section.
Click “Unsubscribe from all communications”.
Confirm the unsubscription.

Attention: Unsubscribing is irreversible. Once unsubscribed, the customer will no longer be able to receive InputKit sequences.
Check the customer’s status
After the customer is unsubscribed, the “Unsubscribed” indicator will appear under their information, along with the unsubscription date.
Note: Customers can also unsubscribe themselves. The “Unsubscribed” indicator may therefore appear for a customer you did not unsubscribe manually.
