How to View the Response Rate for a Specific Question
To get detailed statistics on how respondents answered a specific question, you can use the "Questionnaires" report in InputKit.
Steps to Follow
Go to the left-hand menu and click on “Reports”
Select the “Questionnaires” tab
Choose:
The desired sequence
The corresponding questionnaire
The time period you wish to analyze
You will then see:
The total number of responses
The percentage of responses for each answer option
Viewing Text Comments
You can also display the text comments associated with one or more questions by clicking the dropdown menu below each chart. This helps you gain deeper insight into the responses.
Export and Print Options
All these reports can be printed
Or exported to Excel
You can choose to hide or display the text responses when exporting
